We have no refund as yet from CC company - will be contacting them over the next few days to find out what's going on.
we got a credit against our CC balance for the full amount, no letter of explanation or confirmation from them though which I think is just plain bad manners!
oh and I got a letter regarding the liquidation of the company, details of a creditors meeting and to establish who may still be a creditor, which we are not now as we got the refund.......would the cc company be pursuing them for the money then?
