Apparently I was embarassed about my hairy monkey arms so I attempted to shave one, lucky I didn't kill myself, and told my grandparents I was trying to shave my legs because I felt stupid for not shaving my arms correctly. How I figured no one was going to notice my smooth arms was beyond me.......hey, I was 7.

    Ah. Gotcha' Johnie.

When I was wicked young, I had taken the end off a baton (as in majorette's baton) and had the pipe end in my mouth. I fell down the stairs with it in my mouth. Tore my palate down, and knocked out all my front teeth. And so started the little kid who refuse to smile for photos and that led to hating to have a photo taken...you see? It all makes sense now, doesn't it?

I almost died once. My dad tried to kill me....not on purpose I don't think

We had stopped at a roadside picnic area. They had a see saw. My dad and I got on it. I was about 12 and much smaller than I am now. My dad was still a large man. I'm WAY up in the air and decide that is enough. I tell my dad I want to get off. He gets up while I am still up in the air. I went flying off that thing and almost knocked my head open on this metal thing in the ground.

Thus started my life long fear of see saws.

it sounds like it, doesn't it? He was a good dad and was always adventurous and active. He was way more fun to go trick or treating with than my mom.

Well now these stories are getting more along my track

It was the middle of winter and the little sidewalk plow was coming down the street. For some reason I wanted to see it, so I threw open the window which came off the track and fell on my hand. It was the dizzy kind of hurt, so I just put a towel over my hand and layed down and waited. My Dad was the only one home and I didn't want to tell him I hurt myself. When I knew I couldn't stand it anymore I went downstairs to tell him and when I turned around there was a trail of blood behind me. I had cut myself badly and the tip of my index finger was just kinda hanging.

    I still got yelled at

Picture it a very tired new Mummy. I was feeding Liam and had just winded him and got him down to sleep. Doorbell goes and open the door. . Postman there witha package and bulging eyes. As i hadn't put my feeding funbags away. He left parcels on the door after that.
