I have been having the same problem. I don't remember when it started though I thought it was before the chatbox came back.
I'm seeing no problems using Firefox.

hmmm :( Struggling to think what it could be now because other than the chat thingy, the rest of whats on here is normal standard web stuffOriginally Posted by Skywatcher, post: 88295
Does it happen when you do anything specific? go into a specific thread or anything or when you click on something?
i've been having similar over the past few days, possibly the past week i can't remember! i get a non-responsive message then i have to close down the window and send an error report.
it happens in various thread so i can't be specific but i have noticed that sometimes it's the introduction threads, other times when i'm viewing a thread Crayolla has posted in......!
ok that's useful to know.
One of the reasons Internet Explorer is an awful web browser is that it does get snagged up sometimes when it's waiting for items to load.
I'd suggest clicking on the USER CP link above, then edit options and find in there "show signatures" turn that off so it has no tick mark, save your options and see if that helps.
If it helps it'll point to internet explorer not liking some of the things in signatures (perhaps stuff that links to external sites)
I'm using IE and I don't have any problems at all. Maybe Mr. Skywatcher is the one who unstabilized the board to begin with

would be interesting to know what antivirus package affected people are using
