    For what it's worth.... and prolly a bit drastic I know, but since I had my hysterectomy and 1 ovary left behind so no HRT needed.... I have not suffered from mood swings since. It really is fabulous.

    yes, although i have the mirena at the moment and that has helped a lot, it is running out of effectiveness now as i've had it over 5 years but i can thoroughly recommend it.

    I am hopefully suffering my last at the moment.

    As my op should have been in January i wasn't expecting to have another one and am suffering with stress a bit too with my new op date looming.
    I really hope what Helly says happens to me too as i could do without it all.
