Definitely not alone Dave loves you thats why he puts up with it

If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together.......
there is something you must always remember.
You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
But the most important thing is, even if we're apart...... I'll always be with you.

A friend is someone who is always there and will always, always care.
A friend is a feeling of forever in the heart.

I never suffered at all until I had children - now my hormones are all over the place

You are definitely not alone The thing is knowing why you are acting the way you do and yet you can't stop yourself.

Having one of 'those' days today actually

I do take a womens supplement daily - not sure how much good they do but if they do work heaven knows what I would be like without them

My husband suffers when I have PMT :( I think if you are at all stressed PMT just makes it 100 times worse.

PMT is the same as PMS I presume? What's the T stand for, tension? I never thought I suffered from it but I can see as I get older I am more emotional. Not so much hateful and mean but I wear my feelings on my sleeves & can cry & get hurt at the slightest of things. I hate that too.

Stress definitely makes it worse - or the other way around.

I think recognising what is wrong is some of the battle
