    I didn't realize that faerie cake meant smaller than the typical (at least typical here) muffin tin size.

    They are yummy if i say so myself although the cream topping very sickly but thats what i get for cheating. My problem is now i can not eat them as i eat healthy all week and only allow treats at weekends. Oh well in-laws are back from their around the world holiday today so they will help eat them all.

    The tinned frostings are sweet, aren't they Michelle. I love the consistency of them, but that's about it. Then again, I am absolutely no judge of frosting as I don't like it. I prefer my cakes unfrosted or with a touch of whipped cream.
