    So then.

I'm going to a wedding shower on Sunday where I've been asked to bring along a cheese board...

If *you* were going to be there, what sorts of cheese would you want to find?

I love Munster cheese. I'm sure there will be a range of people who like the fancy smancy stuff and also those who like the 'regular' cheeses.

And what the enemy will see? They will see the flash of our cannons, and they will hear the ringing of our swords, and they will know what we can do! By the sweat of our brow and the strength of our backs and the courage in our hearts! Gentlemen, hoist the colors!

Maybe bring along a sharp cheddar and maybe a lighter swiss or other whitish cheese to round it out.

    I love igourmet.

Epoisse is one of our absolute favorites! Brillat savarin is another. Oh, and cabecou, and banon. I like Muenster too! :9: And stilton and roquefort. Almost any goat or ewe's cheese... OH! P'tit basque is wonderful!

Good sturdy bread (nothing too bitey, bitterey wheat though) olives (Moroccan dried, green, other black) cornichons, and prosciutto di parma would make an incredible cheese display. Add a bit of citrus (we like lemon or lime, but a nice tangerine or blood orange is good)...

Cheese. I could easily live on it.
