    Well it totally depends on how many photos you're going to put up there. If you stick em in a folder and do "properties" on the folder, it'll tell you how much space you're using. You'll need the same amount + a TINY bit more for the actual HTML code for a web page

    42 photos is 141mb - just over 1000mb per gb = 5000mb = 1489 photos? is that right- seems like a lot to me

    if that is the case that is plenty

    That's pretty much it yep 5GB is a lot of space especially if you size them for the web rather than sticking full size photos on there

    That sounds like definatley enough. Make sure you have a good quality watermark for them and put them on there at a low resolution. Not everyone does this and the results can be terrible.

    well i took 1900 pix in florida and the total size for just those pix were nearly 8gb
