and the computer will not turn on.
We will have to take Liz's computer in on Monday because it will not turn on. There is a little green light on the back so power is getting to it. I had the power box out but it has a do not open tag on it so I haven't had a look inside for a fuse.
In the mean time Liz wants to continue with the game she was playing last night using her lap-top. Any ideas on how to get the draw open. Inside is a big green clip over all the things fastened to the front of the tower that I cannot remove to take out the DVD re-writer.

Does it not have an emergency open? Most do, you just have to use a pin or a pencil to poke it and it pops open

    Hammer...

And what the enemy will see? They will see the flash of our cannons, and they will hear the ringing of our swords, and they will know what we can do! By the sweat of our brow and the strength of our backs and the courage in our hearts! Gentlemen, hoist the colors!

Look for a tiny hole in the front of the CD/DVD drive next to the drawer. Use a unfolded paper clip in the hole. Should pop the drawer open.

Tom (... diagnosis without visuals... what fun!)
