Thread: Homemade Chutney?

    Coriander chutney? Never hoiduvit! Not a huge fan of chervil though, so I'd probably not care for it overmuch.

    My Mother used to make something called chili sauce and it was kept in the refrigerator (in canning bottles). Da put it on his potatoes. I'm guessing it's a bit like the chutney you are referring to?

    Not as runny as a sauce. This is our usual one-

    Sugar, Onions, Vinegar, Concentrated Tomato Paste (11%), Carrots, Tomatos (5%), Red Peppers (4%), Gherkins, Modified Cornflour, Salt, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Spice Extracts, Celery Extract, Garlic Extract, Cayenne and Paprika Extract.
