I have a 100 mile mountain bike ride in 2 weeks time, and I have twisted my knee playing with my dog at the park .

I am now sitting at work with my knee strapped up wondering when I am next going to get on my bike to train!!!

    Anyway, plea for sympathy over.

Will probably go for a walk at lunchtime and see how it holds up. Then see how it feels in the morning.

Oh well isn't that just the worst luck?! :( I sure hope that the knee is just a bit tight and no injury to tendons?

A one hundred mile mountain bike ride? The thought of it boggles the mind. Well, mine anyway. I have a bike. :D I stop by falling off. Not sure why that happens but it sure makes it tough to stop on roadways! Ahem. :spring:

Just got back from my lunchtime walk, the knee didn't feel to bad although I am sure the strapping is helping!!

Hopefully just a tweek and nothing serious.

I want to get back on my bike

Forget the hissy fits you can't pedal before you can walk!
