    chocolate tastes. Been very good and not had any during Lent but I have just pigged half an easter egg. Saving the other half for tomorrow.

    Hi Shogun. If you stick to dark chocolate (60% cacao or higher) you should not notice much of a spike in blood glucose. I can have nearly 4 ounces without a spike. Has to be dark chocolate though, with chocolate as the first ingredient.

    I like it quite well, myself. :D I don't care for milk chocolate at all, which ends up being rather fortunate. :D

    A good ratio of cocoa butter is helpful too as fat slows down the absorption of carbs. :D :D
