Is that what we would call a purse?

New? I remember a certain trip to China Town...

I don't get why major universities focus as much (sometimes potentially more) attention and resources to sports than they do to academe. It's along the same lines as what Rosie is saying...

I seriously don't get people who like to be mean for the sake of being mean. I don't get the perpetually nasty attitudes, the "always looking for something wrong," the "I am better than you, therefore you are less than important" type of mindset. I don't get it. I don't. Not enough soap in the world to wash that nastiness off. (OK. Bad allusion to MacBeth)!

Yep, a pocketbook is also a purse. the obsession is only a couple of years old. And I seem to only buy purses in Chinatown or in China at Epcot.

They are our social underclass, living off benefits that our taxes fund. They don't want to work and squander our taxes on cheap lager and cigarettes because they know they'll get more money if they just produce another Whitney, Britney, Jordan, Jayden, Kaiden or some other weirdly named offspring.

Why the term "chav?" What does it mean/stand for?
