    Box of 10 Stella tins - 2.91
    2 X 6 tins of Tango - 33p each
    2 X 6 tins Pepsi - 36p each
    12 cartons long life milk - 1.42
    4 bottles Magners Cider - 2.64
    2 X 4 bottles Stella - 1.05 each
    6 bottles of water - 37p
    2 X 4 bottles Gatorade - 67p each
4 boxes Nut Tracker bars - 45p each
    Bottle of Martini - 1.67
    2 Bottles of Schloer - 59p each
5 packs Dettol floor wipes - 39p each
    4 X 6 tins of Pepsi Max - 33p each
4X Airwick plug in air fresheners - 1 each
4 Boxes 24 tablet Persil Non Bio - 1.92 each
    2 Bathroom cleaner sprays - 54p each
    2 packets 9 bar Twix - 73p each
2 jars Aero hot chocolate - 1.26 each
    2L bottle Robinson's Orange squash - 60p

2 tins Glade fresh air spray - 52p each
    1 pack Tetley tea bags - 56p
    2L milk - 77p
    6 boxes matches - 10p
    2 toothbrushes - 21p each

Nothing i needed but all stuff that will be used in the next few weeks and at a fraction of the original cost

It was manic in there and people were going mad buying stuff for the sake of it.Some people haf trolleys full.

We now have no supermarket for the next 10 weeks though.Well other than the Coop but that doesn't count!

they didn't have much more than that left and no fresh stuff had been delivered for a few days.

Hardly ever use matches but when i need them i never have them.
Lighting birthday candles is the main reason.
Imagine how many boxes i will need for my 40th!

No pull along baskets for ages.

We had a Winn Dixie close down here a few years ago. Once they got to the serious selling off (usually with a going out of business, they RAISE prices and then start lowering them) we stopped by and bought all sorts of oddities that we'd normally not purchase. It's a good chance to pick up things you use, or would use, or want to try.

The fresh produce, dairy and meat goes first.

There was no dairy, meat or fresh produce available yesterday just non perishable goods.

If you have a dishwasher they had boxes and boxes of tablets for 1 but i've never had room for one in my kitchen!

I once had a portable dishwasher on wheels DizneyBlonde. The kitchen was not set up for a built in machine, and I didn't want to do renovations (old house) so I bought a portable, stored it in the back room and rolled it out to use. It hooked up easily to the kitchen faucet.

Could you maybe use something like that? I LOATHE doing dishes (silly, isn't it) so would go to almost any lengths to have a dishwasher. (I said almost :D )! LOL.
