We are going to ST Lucia in October and I am hoping to do some of the boat trips, problem is I suffer from motion sickness so as soon as the boat stops I'm sick. Is there anything that I can take that will stop this?

Dramamine non-drowsy works like a charm for Herself who is motion sick very easily. There is another brand, Bonine, but I don't know much about it.

Some folks use ginger, but that's harder to carry around, eh? :)

The waters around St. Lucia are quite calm for the most part, if that helps at all.

Are you going on the excursion that features the ship from Pirates of the Caribbean? :D :D We did when we were there and it was lovely. The premise with it was a bit silly, but being on the water on that type of ship was great!
