Anyone who thinks that Inset Days are just an excuse for the teaching staff to play without the kids around...

I've had to sit through 3 hours of talks on educational psychology today!!!!!!

And that was just the morning!!!

I'd much rather have 30 kids in front of me than 2 Ed Psychs talking another language.

S'matter? Don't you want to explore the many theories of pedagogy and how they relate to the self actualization of a given student, inclusive of how it will go on to correlate between conditioned stimuli which is essentially learned behavior?

    S'matter wit'cha's? Huh?

Inset days (or as we called them Teacher Training Days) were just a social get-together as I remember them.
