Some of you may remember that after I came back from our hols at the beginning of the year, I excitedy popped my SW photo DVD into my computer to view the photos from our Marine Mammal Keeper experience.....and the photos weren't there.
I contacted SW and got a letter back saying they were sorry and the money would be refunded back into my account. This letter is dated 7th February.
I waited and waited.....nothing. I rang them up....nothing. I waited and waited...nothing. I rang them again....nothing.
What would you do? Give up? It is only $64 but it is better in my pocket than theirs :sigh;
