    Some of you may remember that after I came back from our hols at the beginning of the year, I excitedy popped my SW photo DVD into my computer to view the photos from our Marine Mammal Keeper experience.....and the photos weren't there.
    I contacted SW and got a letter back saying they were sorry and the money would be refunded back into my account. This letter is dated 7th February.
    I waited and waited.....nothing. I rang them up....nothing. I waited and waited...nothing. I rang them again....nothing.

    What would you do? Give up? It is only $64 but it is better in my pocket than theirs :sigh;

    I'd keep at them! It'll be someone agreed but then didnt communicate or fill in the right forms to make it happen. Given youve got past the hurdle of getting them to agree to refund, I'd definitely keep on at them

    Keep at it. When you ring, insist on speaking to the CFO (cheif financial officer) or the Head of AR. Don't let them make off with your money!

    Another vote for 'keeping on at them'! Imagine if 10 people had the same problem and didn't push for a refund. That's $640 SW have made for no reason! Good luck.

    Don't give up Isa!!! It may just be only $64 but that's money you could use someplace else!

    Don't give up Diane, I'd keep hounding them until they pay up - they might give you an Annual Pass if make enough noise as compensation

    Thanks everyone. I was going to give up because I really am not one to be confrontational or pushy.

    Tink....what does AR stand for?
    Any idea of how to get in touch with these people? I only have the number I was given in the letter for 'guest correspondence' and then they gave me the number for the 'accounts dept' neither of which got me anywhere.

    I know what you mean but we all work too hard for money to have it taken and not get what was promised

    Tell them to fix it or we'll send in Dawn and the hippos :hippo3:
