Oh nooooooooooo ... I bought some fab sparkly sandals for a wedding tomorrow but this hot weather has made my feet swell up.
Please does anyone have any suggestions to stop them from being puffy tomorrow?

Keep your feet raised. AND put them in ice. I am serious. Hope they go down.

i can't think of anything else, do that today/tonight and maybe bathe them in cool water before you go to the wedding - i don't know whether that would help or not though.

What about flight socks for 24 hours? Keep them on in bed? Best get a Docs advice first though. Or run out to a supermarket and get special stockings for veins. Not saying you have veins but it may help disperse the fluid?
