    How do you pick yourself up if your feeling down?

    i typed a few answers but deleted them, it's difficult to answer. I have to admit to having lots of down days but i still don't know how to answer you hun.

    Sometimes I share my problem with my friends here and they care so much it helps me feel better. Other times I just go with the flow until I pick myself up again.

    I usually do something I enjoy (hobby, recreational activity, etc.), like for me would be talking or playing sports or by taking my frustrations out on a video game.

    DCL = 3 cruises since 2002

    I wish I had a magic answer to that one. It depends. I also like to do a hobby e.g scrapbooking or go for a long walk with my IPOD blazing in my ears. Generally I just ride with it until the clouds clear :)

    Hun, I think it depends why you're down...whether it's the general blues or something specific that must be dealt with. For me I sleep a little, hug my animals, read a really good book that I get lost in. But if I have to actually deal with something it helps for me to face it head on rather than try to avoid it.

    Whatever, if you want to share more details here I know from experience, as do many others, that this is a good place for support and suggestions. If you don't want to share specifics we will just be with you!!!
