I am sorry that you remain upset with regards to the closure of our Clubhouse at London Gatwick.
I have added a note to your reservation to ensure you and your daughter have access to the alternative lounge, which is the No 1 Lounge in London Gatwick. This lounge was only opened Easter 2009 and is very impressive, light and airy. The modern decor is chrome, white and grey tones - very relaxing. It is split level with the bar area downstairs, additional seating and TV lounge upstairs. Breakfast and light bites are served at the tables. Everything available in this Lounge is complimentary to our passengers. I am still unable to offer the treatments and I am sorry for the disappointment caused by this.
Every effort will be made to ensure the start of your journey is as comfortable as possible. Our own Clubhouse agents will be on hand to look after you and provide any assistance you may need.
