How do you find out if someone is still alive if you have no idea where they live? I'm getting annoyed at all the websites were you can search the Electoral Register but have to pay silly money to do so. I know when this person married (first quarter of 1966) and when they remarried for a second time (third quarter of 1970) and an address from the early 90's but that's it. No date of birth etc. Anyone know what I can try next?

Sedgefield in County Durham. This was around 1995 that I know they were there.

So if I can find a DOB I will stand a better chance won't I. I can see this becoming a bit of a paper chain!
