Sweet chilli? Tell me about it? I'm not sure what you are talking about. Is it a salsa?

Oh. Gotcha'. Yep, love it myself. I love Thai food! Now I'm hungry for Thai.

Im not so keen but my kids love it. If you like garlic, the one sold at Marks and Spencer is super garlicky. Try using it as a marinade too. I marinade uncooked tiger prawns in a couple of spoonfuls of chilli sauce, a spoonful of honey and some lime juice and then grill them on skewers. Im sure you could do the same with chicken.

    it looks like this tink:

That one is my favourite kind, but not the one with the limes. It's super light too so isn't going to affect any diets!

Oh! Now I'm back to being unsure. I've not seen that. I use the chili sauces on offer at the Thai restaurants.

I'll have to look on the grocery shelf!

    Thanks for the photo Josh!

The chilli sauce we can buy in the UK is slightly translucent with pieces of chopped red chilli in it. It is also quite sweet. Is this the same as the one you buy in the States?

MMMmmmmmm, it's red with bits of chili seeds? Maybe tiny particles of the pepper itself. It's not really translucent though. A definite opaque red.

    Some is hotter than others.
