If you have a "thing" about bridges Dawn then US1 along the Keys is a no no for you.
Mid way along [close to Marathon] you drive over the Seven Mile Bridge which is erm 7 miles long!

It's not really the length, more the height really. The Lake Ponchartain Causeway is 24 miles long but because it is not up at any height it wasn't a problem and actually got a bit tedious.

The QE2 bridge at Dartford frightened the bejeebers out of me so much it was as much as I could do to stay focussed on the number plate of the car in front while Steven is next to me shouting "this is so cool, you can see the whole world from up here"

We went over the Tamar bridge in 2007. Nothing scary about it to me. Also went over the Menai.

Now, you want something scary, check out the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Maryland.

How about the 1,000 Islands bridge over the St. Lawrence? Or the Skyway bridge to St. Pete? I had a client who jumped off that bridge. She survived though. Still quite a challenge to treat, and still institutionalized last I knew.
