I dunno. Looks like the blue screen of death toward the back there, to me.
Well I'm one of those who happens to love Outlook.
I like outlook too John. I think it is pretty cool to have it on my iPad. Very convenient to work in both products.
ms outlook on your ipad??
Well sort of, I have the web version for work and I get my calendar updated, contacts and email through the mail icon if that make sense.
Not sure what is worse....
NASCAR Ford v. Chevy arguments
Democrats v. Republican arguments (man have I had more than my fair share of those)
this windows v. Mac arguments..
as a wise man once said......
Can't we all get along????
there is no real hate here my friend I promise. All light hearted banter. This is very much British sense of humour to rib people. No malice.
No worries mate, no offense taken....just noticing the different stripes of people that is all. Heck I am so confused, I live in both worlds and they are equally baffling to me
Ahhh, Outlook Web Access. Or OWA for short.
Indeed. What Skywatcher says. It's all intended in good natured fun. No real malice involved. I may not be British but I certainly share and appreciate the arcane humor.
If I offended anyone, I apologize.

Oh Tom no worries, it my my lame arcane attempt at being humorous that was badly attempted...I mean how often can you work a Rodney King quote into a post?
Who sees malice? I see people having fun with a conversation.
Reasonable minds will differ...
My biggest problem with mail on the iPad is the mass delete capability. I have to click Edit and then select the messages, one at a time, that I want to delete. Then hit the delete key. In Outlook I can mass select them and then delete them all.
Guess I get a fair share of email...and usually handle it at work in outlook (OWA for the schools, outlook for the museum) so the iPad mail function is just a handy way to see when I get mail at home.
I have a smartphone on which I get email, my iPad, and my laptop, not to mention web access to my mail (All personal, not work). Even if I delete an email from the server it still shows up on all three devices.
Ah well in good setup, every device is perfectly synced to the server so they all show exactly the same results in real time. So if you delete an email on your smartphone, it'll automatically be gone from all the other devices.
IMAP accounts. Leave the folders on the server. Push updates. Delete on one device, gone from all the rest.
