any new on the art of animation resort?

    I know its new and all but I thought I'd have heard something new by now and some photos or something? Whens it due to be available? anyone know?

    Guests were given an update at Destination D at WDW recently.

    • It will begin opening in May 2012 in stages.
    • Of the 2,000+ rooms, 1,100 of these will be Family Suites that will sleep up to 6 and include a small kitchenette.

    The Resort hotel will draw its inspiration from four classic Disney Animated films: The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and Disney·Pixar's Finding Nemo and Cars. This is a continuation of Disney realizing larger families need for less expensive accommodations wanting to stay onsite
