..... Did you purchase the flight-only directly from VA? If so, could you give me a rough idea of what the price was?
I'm trying to decide where to book and the prices for 2009 aren't up yet.
    Many thanks. :)

We are flying out this Friday with VA but stating our ticket prices would probably be not relevant.
We are flying out PE and back in UC but I used my FC miles to sort out the up-grades...one of the few occasions when I`ve been lucky enough to do this.

We were hoping to use our miles too, but that may not be the cheapest way. It depends what the basic price per economy seat will be.

If you go onto the VA website and click on "Book Flights", enter your desired dates etc. and you will be able to check out the prices for all of the cabins.

Why not try to check this years Sept prices and then compare 2008 and 2009 prices for August? This will give you a rough idea of what the price increase is likely to be for Sept 2009...if that makes sense!

It does make sense, but August 2008 prices are no longer there.....
I wish they just had a little price chart instead of having to put dates in... :rolleyes008:
