    Three thoughts:

    1. Turn on Private Browsing (on the Safari menu)
    2. Turn off iCloud for Safari bookmarks. System Preferences->iCloud->uncheck Safari
    3. Separate iCloud/Apple IDs.
Don't know for sure that any of them will work but they're worth a try.

    Tom :)macwave:... try it...)

:( I am entitled to the free upgrade as I only got my MacBook Pro a couple of weeks ago. I applied for the free upgrade and received my redemption code. I was one of the unlucky ones that received a duff code so they sent me a replacement. Second code was also duff. I spoke to Denise from Apple who has been assisting me all the way through and she tells me that in fact the second code did actually work even though I received the "code already used" message again. She tells me all I need to do is open iTunes, select Store, click "check for available downloads" sign in and it will start downloading. I do this and all I get is "all purchases have been downloaded for this account". If I look at recent purchases on my iTunes account it shows Mountain Lion was purchased on the 26th. If that was the case, where is it hiding?

I've sent another email to Denise with the up to date info, sent an email to Apple support in general and reported a problem via iTunes and no one is replying to me anymore. :(

    I'm sad.

Do you have an appstore icon on your machine (rather than itunes?)

    Keith! You. Are. A. Genius!

Why oh why didn't Denise tell me to look there! Having the App Store icon is still new to me so I only went there to redeem. I didn't see the purchased option at the top. It's downloading!!!!

    Thank you.
