to be honest, from what I read it's a large place... december is gonna be hard I think but jan/feb are usually quieter times anyway so should be ok IMHO

For such a huge company, it is always shocking to me that the computer/phone lines cannot meet the demand when Disney releases new promos/dining/etc.
You're welcome, make sure you take lots of photos.
When you arrive at the restaurant you can request to sit in a particular dining room although it is not gauaranteed.

apparently the automated system had problems and some of the reservations may be cancelled as they didn't take a credit card number what a fiasco
I'm playing with the online booking system at the moment. December will be hard to get.

I heard, although not sure how true, that there were large phone groups setup to nab reservations for people and that Disney had hope the cc requirement would stop it but it didnt. So people phoned up and were staying on the phone making loads of reservations for the people so they could choose which one they wanted to go to
If that's true, loads of spaces should open up 24hrs or so before the day so it'll be worth phoning disney dining whilst there.
On some of the more... gairy private forums, people were laughing about how they'd been on the phone an hour to make all the reservations they had to make for people and they weren't TAs or anything.
There's always some that ruin it for the genuine people
They should restrict it to one dining reservation per restaurant per call then in cases like these.
I agree, unless you're a travel agent booking for your clients. Do they have a different number to call?
Woo hoo, I managed to get dinner for Sunday 3rd Feb at 7.05pm via the online reservation system
