There will be 4 adults who have been to Florida before...we don't mind staying on Resort or on IDrive. Any help or advice would be appreciated. ....the best value for money please!

I've always found Complete Orlando to give good prices for hotels and ticket packages. I know a lot of people like to go with virgin packages though

The way I price it these days is I get a base rate by going to virgin atlantic and ba and pricing out the flights on the dates I want (or thereabouts) I often see that dates 3 days before or after are cheaper and so I'll often shift it to get those prices. I note those down.

I then go to the Disney.co.uk site and get prices from there for the hotel, write those down. I then force Disney.com to get US pricing for the same dates, same hotel and write that down. (the UK site is very often considerably cheaper than the US)

That's the base price for flight+hotel. I don't worry much about tickets because a)I have an annual pass and b) the tickets are AROUND the same price everywhere HOWEVER, I do note them down so I can compare complete packages later.

I then try virgin holidays - people say they're very expensive and sometimes that's true but more often than not they're actually quite close to virgin atlantic+car or VA+car+hotel. Since virgin holidays only need a small deposit when booking and the rest 90days (ish) before the holiday, I will sometimes book with them even if they're 50 or 100 more expensive to be able to just pay a small deposit.

Virgin holidays will often do deals like 10% off and sometimes you can phone them and negotiate a little. "ok so if I buy all my tickets through you AND the car AND the hotel... what can you do for me?" they generally start out at giving vroom access free and then get up to discounted dining and/or free money on disney gift cards :D

I then try other package companies and thompson etc just to see but generally I dismiss them because they're so close to what I've got from "the big companies" that I don't consider it worth the risk.

    Hehe! I have one!

We have car hire included, but I think when we go to US and IOA we may use the free shuttle buses!
