Best steak house? Manny chop house or yachtsmans

    Sorry for nosing in :lol: but yes it is where they do the ice sculptures :D

    They do them in a sort of conference centre part of the hotel, part of which is turned into the ice cooler :lol:

    It's really great to experience but not worth the money IMHO unless you can get a cheap ticket (and the ticket costs vary from cheap to very expensive depending where and when bought)

    As Tink said, yes they do the ice sculptures at certain times of the year...I suspect during the Christmas period.
    When we were there though they had some fantastic sand sculptures on show. They were amazing and it was hard to believe they were made just from sand.
