    An upscale bistro on the upper floor of the French pavilion. Open for dinner only, dress code is "resort casual" and there is no seperate children's menu.

    Dome de Saumon sauvage fume et farci au crabe, vinaigrette citronnelle de pin, moelleux au curry - Wild smoked salmon dome with blue crab, lemon grass vinaigrette and curry biscuit. - $12.00
    Foie Gras Terrine - Served with apple Calvados cake, pruneaux coulis. - $19.00
    Fricassee de Gambas Tandoori, fenouil, salade estivale - Sauteed tiger shrimp with tandoori spices, fennel and micro greens salad. - $13.00
