booking seat problems

    i have the booking number to book my seats online but it is saying unavailable at the moment

    does that normally happen

    ive managed to do my api

    It does sometimes happen Tracy.....I've just tried to get to my details etc and get

    Sorry, we were unable to retrieve your booking. Please check the details you gave us below and let us know the flight number and departure date of the flight and try again.

    still couldnt pull the seat map up today so ive rang virgin and the lady booked my seats over the phone

    im in row 45 :yes:

    she must of got ours wrong then because she said we had two seats then 3 across but looking at that plan the seating is 3 4 3 instead of 2 4 2

    yep so have i as i said in the other thread thats the only place you can be with that seat config
