I am planning a holiday for me and hubby for April or May next year and have been looking for flights. It has come down to BA or VA as I want direct flights into Orlando main airport.

Who have you flown with and what were the highs and lows?

I prefer BA for their customer service, entertainment and food. I know a lot of people like virgin though. If you are upgrading then premium economy (VA) is better than world traveller plus (BA) and club world (BA) is better than upper class (VA) in my opinion.

we have always flown VA except in 2002 when we flew chartered, never ever again will i do that, the seats were too cramped, to narrow and had to crick your neck to watch anything on the aisle screen,. even had to tuck your arms right in to eat. worst flight ive ever been on.

cant fault VA in any way shape of form :)

We have flown BA once and Virgin many times

The reason we choose Virgin more is the airmiles and nothing more than that.

We are going with BA this summer as they were a bit cheaper when we booked.

I like Mick, don't think there's much to choose berween the 2

Always gone VA because BA have too many strikes during the holiday seasons.
