    Fine, full service dining in a replica of the original Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant. Menu features the famous Cobb Salad invented by the original restaurant owner.

    Cold water lobster corn bisque with truffle creme fraiche and snipped chives - $8
    Maine fruit wood smoked salmon with caponata, cracked pepper dill mascarpone and crostini - $9
