I've just been on the Disney UK site and they are selling 9 day tickets for the price of 7... I haven't seen this before. This is for 2014 and called the Be our guest for longer promotion. This is a bit strange baring in mind there is only £7 difference.

    Adult 7/9 day tickets are - £278
Adult 14 day tickets are -£285

That's interesting. For the last few years they've offered a 14 day pass for the price of a 7 day pass.....

yeah curious isn't it :/ perhaps people going 7/8 nights had problems going to restaurants at parks on every day or something. Certainly Disney wouldn't want anyone feeling that they wouldnt go to a restaurant for a day because they only had a 7 day hopper

Maybe it's an attempt to hike the 14 day tickets as I would suggest most UK people use those. £7 difference not a lot but times it by the number of UK visitors and you have a tidy little sum.

yeah I mean the pricing has always suggested that by the small difference in price to go 14 but in a way, if you're there for 14 nights and wondering hmmm will I go to Disney more than 7 days, you may well think yeah.. but 9 days may just be enough so people may be able to get away with the lower priced one.

I guess it's a result of data they have and we dont

It might be to keep people in WDW and away from US/IOA
