tbh, I've never found it saving much time at all. There's usually a special desk to go to if you've checked in online but it's usually only got one person there anyway and although the idea was that they have everything ready for you and just give you a folder of information, they always seem to type an essay into the computer anyway.

So yeah by all means do it but if you can't, don't give it a second thought

Can you make requests on your online check in?

from what I remember there may be a couple of options like king bed but I dont remember any space to write "upper floor, king bed, preferably overlooking mk ;-)"

    so.... limited IMHO

yeah... just remember that rooms are allocated in advance of you actually arriving anyway so if you really want to request something, you may be best writing to the resort before your arrive. HOWEVER, they don't seem to be nearly as receptive as they used to be

Oh well got a standard view anyway, not that it's really a view from the balcony or anything. I think I'll just relinquish control and go with the flow! Lol

To be honest, you're better doing that these days... have a nice chat at checkin and sometimes that can make all the difference
