Just one more reason I wouldn't be in the park on Christmas Day. But you're right on with BOG.

Early in the morning was not so bad but between 12pm and 9:00 it was no good. If I were to do it again I would get to MK super early and then head to another park or the hotel and come back around 9pm.
It is 11pm right now and the wife and I are heading back while our kids decided to stay and take advantage of the shorter lines. It's a nice feeling when the kids can enjoy the parks themselves and mom and dad can take a break.

yeah agreed, the times we've been there over christmas, it's mk till midday with a nice meal to end it, then out the park. I just don't know who waits 3 hours to go on anything?! I mean respect to those who do but wow it's not me!

Be Our Guest is brill, really like it and great to be able to enjoy a bottle of wine.

That's exactly the way you need to do it, early morning in MK until the crush gets overwhelming then off to the hotel, or another park, but to be honest they are all pretty jammed. We were in EPCOT the year it closed due to capacity and I never want to do that again. It was crazy! (And truly a little scary).

It is nice to be able to leave your children to their fun! Hope you enjoyed the experience, even with the long lines? It's something that is fun to do at least once.
