Yeah cos that would go with his bobbly shiny black nylon sheets lol. I've also decided he'll probably have purple velvet walls with big red velvet lips shaped cushions. er face lips.

My management company has a damage waiver programme, rather than a security deposit, so each booking is charged for insurance against damages. I wasn't too keen on it at first, but they have a point that when you take a security deposit, the renter disputes the transaction and it's pretty much over.

It rents really well. It's had over 70% occupancy for the last three years, which is well above average.

The place is just over 2000 square foot.

I can't wait to see photos, I have some friends that are looking for something extra nice for next year. I've been asked to send them some advice and details, so I could mention it to the them.

When (if!) I ever manage to get some photos, I'll post on here and you can decide if it's nice enough for them. I appreciate your consideration, whatever you decide.

Now that is very interesting information. You sure do have a good management company! 2000 square feet is a good size villa! Do you plan on retiring here permanently one day?

What I'd like to do is spend half the year in Florida and half of it in the UK... I'd miss English cheese too much if I lived there!
