cranberry muffins

    or similar! i have a sponge recipe to which i add whatever i fancy at the time and bake them in muffin cases.....i fancied making cranberry ones for Christmas Day but would i just put the cranberries in as they are, or do i need to part cook them first?

    can I just say I will for the next week be using the phrase 'Cranberry Muffins' everytime I am a bit peeved - it will be my swear substitute of the week.

    See i also think the words cranberry and muffin together are hysterical. I needed to laugh. Blueberry i can do but cranberry muffins.:laugh2:

    but why are CRANBERRY MUFFINS funny?

    hmm, so i should just chuck 'em in.....and with some mince too. i'd have to use veggie mince so i could eat them - would that matter? :unsure:

    Throw the cranberries in the muffin mix. Throw the mince in the bin. Put muffin mix in oven. Drink carton of eggnog while they are cooking.

    Easy. :D

    ok, although I'll probably steer clear of the eggnog.....

    so do you like blueberry muffins Dawn? I'm not keen, hope the cranberry ones are nicer.
