We started the very wet day sporting our oh so sexy ponchos, as the heavens had truly opened. Nothing sexier than being covered in plastic to your knees with water dripping off your nose. Very happy to have found not one Starbucks coffee place, but two. Stocked up on caffeine and then wandered through some shops. Oohing and aahing at shiny things in the Lego shop (they've got the batmobile!!!) Couple more vinylmations, this time for Marvel characters. Got chatted up in the sunglasses hut, which just seemed full of 'the gays'. I had the men wanting to help me. One handed me glasses and another assessing the style and look to see if it suits me. I had to stop myself picturing a scene in pretty woman! Earmarked about ten different soaps in Basin (which are allocated to different times of the year), and then the sun came out in full force. At which point we realised we weren't wearing any sun tan lotion (or any "protection" as we are wont to say, fnar fnar). So legged it back to the hotel, protected ourselves and then off to MK for dinner at crystal palace, where we have already stated we were mugged, viciously I might add, by the various characters. All demanding our attention, and can they pleeeeease have a photo with us. So we eventually caved in. Much to Stephen's delight Tigger grabbed hold of his pole (no smirking please Esme and Becca) with the GoPro attached, for an intimate selfie video. Such fun! Attempted to buy the limited edition Halloween magic bands.... Come back during the party, was the response, which is fair enough. Fastpass used for the fantasy parade, which is pretty good. Nice dragon. Now, to the issue of Prince Charming's VPL. Picture this: a man in tights, twirling around to the music, and basically his cape flows upward during the performance (Much like a theatre curtain)to reveal that his tights are farrrr to tight, and we can tell he's wearing Y fronts. Thanks Disney for that special bit of magic. Likely to have helped hitting any high notes in songs for the day. Seven dwarves done..... Sounds wrong. Straight into the train using the fastpass, whoop. Nice enough, wouldn't want to wait an hour for it though. The mine train is currently in beta testing for a video to be added to memory maker, as well as an automatic photo. Pretty cool. Electrical parade done in the preferred viewing area using fastpass, front row seats thank you very much. The new pre-show celebrating the magic is a nice touch, and gives the fans 30 seconds of singalong with 'let it go' from Frozen. Luckily there were no more VPL. I think I have seen enough of Y front today. Then Wishes done, can't ever go wrong there. Front row seats again. I forgot to tell you all that we had a beaver prize from toy story mania last night. Aren't we lucky! And then back to the hotel to collapse ready to get up early tomorrow.
