Does anyone know if you can only use this if you've booked directly with Disney? Or can you use it if you have booked through a travel company/agent?

yep disney resort online checkin is available 10days before arrival date

I can't say that it seemed to save us much time in May though. I was expecting to just go and be handed a packet of info after showing my ID but at POFQ they still printed the room keys and so on. Perhaps it was another UK booking weirdness but all in all it just didn't save much time if any.

    ummm...

I would also have thought that they had the packet ready only requiring your signature.

However, with a cranky toddler in tow Ill take whatever shortcuts I can get! hahahaha

Thanks for the info. Had you booked through Disney or a travel company? I'm just thinking that, as we booked through VH, we don't actually have a reservation number.

I've done online check-in. It does cut the check-in time down quite a bit...at least that I experienced. They did have my information already at the desk. I will definitely do the online check-in again in the future.
