Portobello restaurant in Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World Resort is hosting a Sicilian cooking demonstration from 1-3 p.m., May 13, 2011 with award-winning chef Tony Mantuano of Chicago's Spiaggia restaurant. The session has room for only 30 participants. The cooking class will cover a full menu from pre-dinner cocktails to dessert including an Enoeca cocktail (featuring Aperol, a blood orange and vodka creation), caponata served with crostini, eggplant fries with tomato basil sauce, house-cured sardines, gnocchi with pork ragu and lemon marmalade with fresh goat cheese and raisin semolina crostini.
