In preparation for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, which takes place from September 30 to November 13, several Downtown Disney restaurants are planning special dinners and cooking demonstrations to coincide with the annual event.

Fulton’s Crab House will be running a cooking demonstration on October 1 at 1 p.m., teaching guests how to cook pan-seared wild Alaska king salmon. Their signature dinner will be held November 2 at 7 p.m. and cost $150 per person. Meanwhile, Portobello will hold their own cooking demonstrations on October 7 at 1 p.m. with chef Steven Richard and 1 p.m. on October 20 with chef Tony Montuano. Each session will cost $11 and $15 respectively. Their signature dinner will be held at 6:30 p.m. on October 20 with both chefs and cost $150 per person.

Finally, Wolfgang Puck Cafe rounds out the roster of cooking demos and signature dinners with their own class, where guests can learn to make pumpkin ravioli. This demonstration will take place October 19 at 5 p.m. and cost $11. At 6:30 p.m. on October 12, their signature dinner will be held and cost $135 per person.
