Any tips? We will probably attempt to share drinks or at least take smalls sips from each other. How much are the samples and drinks?

Sharing a drink is a good idea. There are 11 countries, so that's 11 drinks... I'd be under the rug in two, just sayin!

The magaritas in Mexico's Cave are wonderful, but start at about $13 each. However :D if you cozy up to the bar (instead of taking a table) and let the barkeep know that 1) you are going to share and 2) that you need it to go, you may well end up with two full drinks. :D :D :D
