The only absolute MUST DO is a Fiesta Margarita. That said, we normally do Soarin' and Test Track on almost every trip

    HAHAHA! OMG!! US TOO!

    Ok, quick story time -

Our first few trips to Disney we barely set foot in EPCOT - it was just too overwhelming for us. However, as the kids (especially Andrew) grew older, EPCOT became (and has remained) one of our favorite places. One year, just before a trip, we were listening to a CD we'd checked out from the library and ran across the soundtrack, "Listen to the Land." It became an instant corny car classic! We'd bellow it from the top of our lungs and knew EVERY single lyric. We vowed we'd seek out "The Land" and ride it, just so we could hear "the song."

Imagine our surprise when we did manage to find this gem of a ride, and to our GREAT disappointment they'd changed the song! We were DEVASTATED! So much so, that when the ride came to a stop we refused to exit until we'd sat there and sang a reprisal of the chorus as loud as we could...and to our sheer delight, about three words in, the CM's all joined in!!!

    All together now!!!!!

Ive only been to epcot a couple of times so dont really have a must do - but both of those times we did some people watching and it was so nice! The second time we went there dh and my nephew wandered off in one of the countries and we lost them for a while, me and my mum just sat down and watched the world go by, it was lovely!

That's one place we've never been. We've promised ourselves we'll give it a go this time. Never had a margarita, any suggestions?

Donna and I don't normally do frozen Margaritas. But at the Margarita Bar in Mexico they don't do them on the rocks, they are all the pre-mixed frozen ones. The Fiesta Margarita combines all of the flavors. She and I really like this one. If you've never had one, I would suggest you start with one on the rocks (DTD has great ones at the little place right there on the water near Capt. Jack's and just below the pearl in the oyster station). Of course you can get them many other places at Disney also.

15 minutes (or so) North of WDW
    kosher salt
    1 thin lime wedge
    Ice
1 1/2 ounces silver (blanco), 100 percent agave tequila
1 ounce triple sec orange liqueur, preferably Luxardo Triplum or Cointreau
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 1 lime)
1 very thin lime slice, for garnish

This is a very basic margarita recipe. You can get them in as many varieties as there is imagination now a days. :D

The salt is for rimming the edge of the glass. This is a rocks recipe and not a frozen margarita recipe (I hate those things).

At Mexico's Cava they make them with passion fruit, avocado, blood orange... you name it, cucumber... all sorts of combinations.
