Favorite Hammock?

    Hi all,

    Doing a bit of scouting for a co-worker who's going on their first trip in March. They are staying at the AKL and she made the comment to me yesterday that typically on holiday their favorite thing to do is find a hammock and set up shop. I told her she could certainly do that in Disney as well, and if she were "in the know" she might even be able to watch the fireworks!

    So then, my friends, exactly where *can* you sit in a hammock and watch the fireworks. Do you have a favorite hammock on a favorite beach at a favorite resort?

    My knowledge is pretty much limited to the All Stars since this is typically where we stay, but I know they have some great ones!

    I loved the hammock at the CS resort. I made it my temporary home during one trip, however, I could not see any fireworks.

    Hmm I have never sat in a hammock at Disney. I did see some lovely ones that time we stayed at Coronado Springs......I doubt you could see fireworks from there??

    awww some day I will make time for little luxuries like that at Disney. I just tend to go and go and go......

    There are some on the beach at the GF but I don`t think you can see the fireworks from there. :unsure:

    We really enjoyed the hammocks on the beach at the Polynesian. I'm not positive, but I'll bet you could see some of Wishes from there, as I have watched the fireworks (preWishes) from their beach (table area) before. :yes:
