So we are a little bit more than halfway through the year. What have been your favorite movies so far from this year?

Interesting... it appears that IMDB (where these are located) is not letting us link to these images. You can see what they are by right clicking on each one and opening in another window or tab directly in your browser.

May have something to do with the HTTP referrer in our requests.
    Hey Keith! :director:

I can see some of them now but when I initially posted this I could see all of them. Hmmm.......I guess I'll have to show them the old fashioned way:

The Adjustment Bureau - Matt Damon, Emily Blunt
Source Code: Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monghan
The Lincoln Lawyer: Matthew McConaughey, Marisa Tomei
Just Go With It: Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston
PoTC: On Stranger Tides: Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz
HP: The Deathly Hallows pt 2: Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson

I am in the same boat- we haven't seen a move yet this year! Sad, but true. I think we might take the kids to see the Pooh movie. I think as long as we keep the popcorn coming they will sit just fine

Source Code was excellent. Really enjoyed that one. I was living in a suburb of chicago then and was glad they changed the name of the train rail system. Just too weird to make it the same.

    HP was really good too.

I can't wait to see Fright Night with Colin Farrell! Love him!:wiggle:

I must be one of the few people who never go to the cinema

I've seen Tangled and that was only because a friend's daughter was watching it on Virgin. I really enjoyed it though :D

Fast Five, Dark Knight Rises, Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol are some absolutely brilliant movies I’ve watched so far from 2011.

I loved How to Train a Dragon and Despicable Me

But, I'm really looking forward to watching The Inbetweeners movie - I know it will be gross out crude humour, but we all loved the tv series and I've heard great reviews today after only being released last night.

I appreciate it's not everyone's cup of tea though :embarassed:

Being a HUGE Marvel fan my films this year include 'Thor', and 'Captain America'.

HP Deathly Hallows 2 was brilliant. Enjoyed Xmen First Class, though they could have done so much better.

Looking forward to seeing Transformers 3 on BluRay shortly as none of the cinemas screened it with subtitles, meaning Deafjeff and I missed out. Again.

Looking forward to 'The Avengers' next year :wiggle:
