    Hmmmmm, well I love the dessert selections on the buffet at Cape May. Particularly fond of the flan there, but I do love a good creme brulee, too. Disney does nice ones as long as they don't faff around adding things that don't belong. :lol:

    Their specialty cakes that are ordered for things like birthdays are lovely too. :yes:

    For me it`s got to be the chocolate souffle served at Palo`s on the DCL cruises.
    You order this almost as soon as you are seated and they cook it to order so that it is mouth watering good when it`s time for dessert.

    Can't remember what it was called exactly...it was sort of a deconstructed chocolatey pecan pie thingy served in a glass at Le Cellier. It was on the lunch menu before they went to a signature restaurant for both meals. It was sooo incredible. Wish I could find the recipe.
