Kitchen Sink although this might be considered a meal.
Can't decide between...
coconut pie - Crystal Palace
vanilla slice - Starring Rolls
Hmmmmm, well I love the dessert selections on the buffet at Cape May. Particularly fond of the flan there, but I do love a good creme brulee, too. Disney does nice ones as long as they don't faff around adding things that don't belong.
Their specialty cakes that are ordered for things like birthdays are lovely too.

Oh now, I'd forgotten about the trios at the Wave. We've tried all of them! They all were quite nice.
For me it`s got to be the chocolate souffle served at Palo`s on the DCL cruises.
You order this almost as soon as you are seated and they cook it to order so that it is mouth watering good when it`s time for dessert.
Can't remember what it was called exactly...it was sort of a deconstructed chocolatey pecan pie thingy served in a glass at Le Cellier. It was on the lunch menu before they went to a signature restaurant for both meals. It was sooo incredible. Wish I could find the recipe.
