Who does everyone use for flights? I'm looking for a cheap fare for my trip in May
Kayak, opodo, ba usually a good one to look at too
They won't pay anything towards transportation costs?
You may want to be careful with your flight dates. That is coming close to Memorial Day in the US so flights could be higher.... how early can you arrive?
They made it clear from the start that we pay for our travel, we get really cheap accommodation and other stuff that they pay for but we have to cover our flights
I have to arrive on the 24th of May for the sake of my visa I think
That's cool that they were upfront about it. And I just checked, Memorial Day is May 30th so you should be fine
I'm super excited For an extra £100 I can go on a direct flight rather than stopping over but I'm not 100% its worth it as that £100 would just about cover my travel insurance
Well the risk is you could miss your flight and have to wait overnight in an airport....youre young, you could cope lol
only use VA so too expensive really unless you have airmiles
Have you tried STA Travel - they specialise in student fares.
I've just had a look and they are the cheapest so far , going to wait for the VA sale in a week or two before booking
LOVE the new countdown timer Josh!
Me too! It's so exciting thinking of actually being a CM! I know the work will be really hard but I'll get to spend the whole summer in Florida!!
Is it cheaper to book flights in advanced or wait until closer to the time? I've heard that VA have sales on Christmas day?
i like to have my flights booked as soon as josh, ive always been happy with the prices mate
try pillinger world travel got some great deals for a whole package from them
I'm only needing flights Mick so I don't think a travel agent will be very cheap I'll have a look though thanks for the link
I think I'm going to book towards the beginning of Jan
